Next Steps

You can book your unit up to 2 weeks in advance of your move-in date.

Before you move in to your unit you must sign a simple Storage Licence Agreement with us.

Wigwam will require the following:

  • Photo ID (driving licence or passport)
  • Your contact details (name, address & email)
  • Mobile phone number
  • Emergency contact details. (alternative name, address & phone number)
  • Maximum replacement value of goods being stored
  • Payment details for your security deposit, first 4 weeks of storage & ongoing payments

Once you have completed these details we will email you a Storage Agreement for a digital signature, and instructions on how to access the Storage Facility.

A smart mobile phone is essential as you will require a Mobile App to access your storage unit.

Before proceeding please verify your Identity. Wigwam require the following information.

  • Photo ID (driving licence or passport)
  • A selfie to verifiy the photo ID

Content Protection

Protection for your belongings during storage is essential.

Please select the total replacement value of the items you intend to store in your unit.

While you're not obligated to obtain protection through us, choosing to do so now guarantees cover for your possessions.

If you prefer to use your own insurance, simply provide proof of cover within 14 days, and we'll promptly refund the contents protection charges back to you.
